What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching involves you and your coach working in partnership to help you to achieve your goals. These goals may be from any area of your life, for example your health and well-being or career.
As your coach I will guide you through the process. You may not know exactly what your goals are initially but feel something needs to change in your life. That's OK — together we will identify the right goals for you. On the other hand you may already have an idea of your goals but in either case we will work together to enable you to achieve them.
As a Life Coach I believe it is important to approach my clients in the context of their whole life circumstances. Coaching isn't about me telling you what to do or how to do it but aims to increase your self-awareness in order for you to understand yourself better and identify barriers to progress. For example, you may need to change your thinking in relation to a situation or the way you react to circumstances in order to move forward and achieve your goals. Coaching can help you find clarity about the main issues.
As your coach I will work with you to:
Create a strategy for achieving your goals and monitoring success
Help you maximise your potential
Listen without judgement
Reconnect you to deeply held aspirations and passions
Challenge self-limiting beliefs and behaviours
Help you to bring balance to your life
Have fun together
